To make sure your claims are properly handled, it’s essential to follow the right steps depending on the type of claim! Unfortunately, if the process isn’t completed correctly, you may not be eligible for compensation.

HEALTH AND MOBILITY CLAIM

Until when can I report it?

You must report your claim within 48 hours of your doctor’s visit or hospitalization for it to be processed.

Need assistance for a repatriation?

Call us right away at +33 1 49 65 24 14, please have your name, contact info, and contract number ready.

Need a reimbursement?

Submit your claim within 48 hours on your STUDCORP account, by email (sinistre@studcorp.com), or through WhatsApp. Make sure to include all required documents to be reimbursed.

Need assistance in case of hospitalization?

If you’re hospitalized for more than 24 hours, we’ll cover your medical expenses directly with the hospital. Please call us by phone and provide the name of the hospital where you are being treated.
