If I go home early, can I get a refund?

Normally the insurance premium is non-refundable.
However, depending on the time remaining, there are two possibilities:

If you return early, for a personal or professional reason, and you have less than 3 months of cover remaining, we will reimburse you, provided that you have not had a claim, the insurance premium in proportion to the months not used and after deduction of the administration costs.

To do this, you must send us a written request by email, within 5 days of your return (after this date no reimbursement will be possible), together with a copy of your passport and a copy of your return flight ticket. On receipt of these elements, we will send you your refund by cheque or bank transfer.

If you return earlier than planned and have less than 3 months’ cover remaining, we will not issue a refund. However, we will cover you until the end of the validity of your contract in your country of origin in accordance with the guarantees of the contract in France for your medical expenses.

PVT Canada: In the context of a PVT Canada where insurance is a prerequisite for obtaining a visa, we will automatically inform the authorities of the cancellation of your insurance contract.

Can I get my contract refunded before departure?

In case of cancellation or postponement of your departure, we will reimburse the full amount of your contract. Be sure to notify us before the start date of the contract!
