Normally the insurance premium is non-refundable.

PVT Canada: In the context of a PVT Canada where insurance is a prerequisite for obtaining a visa, we will automatically inform the authorities of the cancellation of your insurance contract.
In case of cancellation or postponement of your departure, we will reimburse the full amount of your contract. Be sure to notify us before the start date of the contract!

Yes, you can take out the insurance from abroad, directly on our website, by paying with a bank card. You can even use a foreign bank card if you wish!
Please note, however, that if you subscribe from abroad, a waiting period will apply (except in the case of a contract renewal without interruption).
Please note that you cannot subscribe if you have already been abroad for more than 24 months (2 years), except in the case of renewal with Chapka Assurances.
