STUDCORP is the platform that accompanies students throughout their studies.
For all products, subscription is done online. You just need to create an account and follow the indicated steps.
If you already have an account, log in on the left side of the login page and click on the product you wish to subscribe to.
If you don’t yet have an account, fill in the required information on the right side of the login page to create one. Then, validate your account by checking your inbox for the confirmation email and log in again on the left side of the page.

Yes, you can absolutely subscribe to an insurance plan from abroad directly on our website by creating an account or logging into your personal space.
You can use a foreign bank card for payment. Please note that a waiting period applies to subscriptions made from abroad (except in the case of a contract renewal).

You must report your claim within 48 hours and provide the following documents: a copy of your ID, medical prescriptions, original and detailed medical invoices with proof of payment, a medical questionnaire signed by a healthcare professional, a police report (in case of an accident) or a hospital report (in case of hospitalization), your bank account details (RIB) and a copy of your student visa or internship agreement.
Important: Without these documents, we won’t be able to process your medical reimbursement.

What to do in case of a claim abroad ?
To ensure proper handling of your claims, it’s essential to provide the following documents: a copy of your ID, medical prescriptions, original and detailed medical invoices with proof of payment, a medical questionnaire signed by a healthcare professional, a police report (in case of an accident) or a hospital report (in case of hospitalization), your bank account details (RIB) and a copy of your student visa or internship agreement.

We only cover illnesses and accidents that occur during your stay, within the limits defined by the general terms and conditions of your contract.
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
For long-term treatments (such as contraception, diabetes, vision problems, etc.), please ask your doctor before departure to provide a prescription covering the entire duration of your stay.
In case of cancellation, postponement of your departure, or visa refusal, we will refund the full amount of your contract.
Please make sure to inform us before the contract start date. If your contract has already started, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
To be eligible to STUDCORP home insurance, your accommodation must be located in mainland France, you must be a student, and you need to have a valid bank card to pay your premium.

Our contract doesn’t require you to provide your housing number. However, if your landlord requests it, we can add it for you.

You must report any damage within 5 days.
For theft claims: report the incident within 2 days and file a police report within 24 hours with the local authorities.
For water damage: you must provide the joint water damage report (“constat amiable de dégâts des eaux”).
To ensure proper handling of your claim, it’s important to provide the necessary documents depending on the nature of your claim.
For home insurance, the joint water damage report is the only essential document required in the event of water damage.
If your contract is less than 12 months old and you still live in the accommodation, you cannot cancel your contract before the end of the first 12 months.
If your contract is more than 12 months old and you still live in the accommodation, please send us a written cancellation request, a two-month notice period will apply.
If you have moved out, simply send us your move-out inspection report (“état des lieux de sortie”). In this case, we will cancel your contract as of your official move-out date.
For refunds following the cancellation of your home insurance contract, the date on your move-out inspection report (“état des lieux de sortie”) will be taken as reference.
If you have already moved out but forgot to inform us, only up to two months of premiums can be refunded.
You must be a student under 30 ; reside in mainland France and have no prior civil liability claims.

You will receive your certificate by email at the address you used to subscribe, right after completing your subscription. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

You must be under 30 years old, have a French social security number, and be studying in France.
There is a one-year commitment period, except in exceptional cases.
You must be a foreign student planning to stay in France for studies or an internship and in need of a visa. You must also not have previously received a visa refusal.
