HOW TO MANAGE MY CLAIMS ?

To ensure your claims are properly covered, it’s essential to follow these steps carefully! Unfortunately, if the procedures are not correctly completed, you may not be eligible for reimbursement.

HEALTH & MOBILITY CLAIM

Need assistance to return to France ?

Contact us directly at +33 1 49 65 24 14, providing your first and last name, your contact details, and your policy number. You’ll find the contact information just below.

Need a reimbursement ?

Report your claim within 48 hours in your STUDCORP account, by email at sinistre@studcorp.com , or via WhatsApp. Important: You must provide the required documents to be eligible for reimbursement.

Need assistance in case of hospitalization?

In the event of hospitalization lasting more than 24 hours, we will handle direct payment of medical expenses directly with the hospital. Please make sure to contact us by phone and provide the name of the hospital where you are staying.

HOME AND PERSONAL LIABILITY CLAIM

Until when I can report it ?

You’ve got 5 days to report any damage!

Theft

You must report it within 2 days and file a police report within 24 hours with the local authorities!

Water damage (home insurance only)

If you experience water damage, you must provide the joint water damage report (“constat amiable de dégâts des eaux”), which you can download below!
